Swimming Programme

Every type of exercise has its selling points. But swimming is unlike any other aerobic workout in a few important ways. First, the fact that you’re submerged in water means your bones and muscles are somewhat unshackled from the constraints of gravity. This makes swimming the ideal exercise for people with osteoarthritis, for whom weight-bearing exercise can be excruciatingly painful. According to research of people with the condition, swimming decreases arterial stiffness, a risk factor for heart trouble. More of his research has linked swim training with lower blood pressure among people with hypertension. Badminton Programme

Dynamic Sports provides unprecendeted service, innovation training, and a welcoming environment for all players. Dynamic Sports combines not just high-end badminton courts and professional coaching, but also a personal touch of service with friendly staff to make badminton fun for all ages.

Beginners Class Ages 8-12

Whether you have just recently picked up a racket or would like to represent your school in the upcoming season, we have what you've looking for! Dynamic Sports offers group training for both beginners and intermediate level students who like to learn and improve on their current badminton skills.

Competition Training

Our training programs are designed to assist, prepare and promote our students with aspirations on competing in local and internation tournaments. Ultimately, the end goal is to see our students compete on Dynamic Competition Team! A minimum 3 days of training per week is required for a student to qualify this program. Our coaches will place extra emphasizes on assisting all students enrolled in the program to quickly, efficiently and effectively achieve their goal..

Adult Classes

Whether you're a begnner or an advance adult player, we have different adult level classes that could watch your skill level and goals. Examples of material covered are the basic game principles, games strategies and executions, doubles rotations, tempo, target and situational training. come and join us for one session to meet new friends and learn new ways to improve your game!

3 Pm -> 5 Pm
4 Pm -> 6 Pm
5 Pm -> 7 Pm

Weekends Class Time

7 Am -> 9 Am (Only for Adults)
9 Am -> 11 Am (Kids only)
2 Pm -> 4 Pm (Kids & Adults)
4 Pm -> 6 Pm (Kids only)

Volleyball Programme

Volleyball is a great sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and skill levels. It can be played year round as it can be played both indoors and outdoors. Aside from the pure enjoyment of the game, volleyball has many benefits.

First, it’s a fun way to burn calories. Playing 45 minutes of volleyball can burn up to 585 calories. Volleyball also improves muscle strength and tone. The activities required when playing volleyball strengthen the upper body, arms, shoulders, thighs, abdominals, and lower legs. In addition, volleyball improves hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and balance. Last but not least, volleyball teaches teamwork and communication and is a great social activity.
